Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ – Galatians 4:7

The New Birth has made us the Sons of God. Whether you’re male or female, you’re a Son. This is not about gender but about Inheritance. Men and women in Christ therefore have the exact same Inheritance in Christ Jesus. Hebrews 1:2 says, ‘Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.’ The Lord Jesus Christ is Heir of All Things, and we’ve been made Joint-Heirs with Him.

That means you and I are Heirs of All Things just like the Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 3:20 says, ‘Therefore, stop boasting in men. All things are yours.’ All Things are ours. By All Things, God means the Kingdom of God. He means Eternal Life. We’ve been blessed with these in this world, and have been granted Divine Access to them. The Lord Jesus Christ had no sense of lack. He walked this earth as a Man Who possessed All Things. The Father wants us to be the same.

Luke 12:31 says, ‘But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you.’ Even though we’re in the Kingdom now, we must still seek to enter it when the Lord returns by living in Obedience to Him. When we seek first to enter the Kingdom, then the Lord adds All Things to us in this world. Some will be billionaires and millionaires, but others not. However, we’ll never lack anything. No matter what, at the least, God will give us this day our daily bread. He’ll meet all our needs according to His Riches in Glory by Christ Jesus. We’re Heirs of God and Joint-Heirs with Christ. All Things belong to us. Like the Lord Jesus Christ, we should walk this earth with no sense of lack.

PRAYER

Father in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I thank You that when I live in Obedience to the Commandments of the Lord Jesus Christ, You give me Divine Access to All Things. Amen.
