Glory to God! Please watch this video. It’s about the plan of the Republican Attorneys General with regards to contesting the outcome of the presidential election in various states, Pennsylvania in particular.

America is a federal republic, in other words, each of the 50 states has its own laws that of course don’t flout the republic’s constitution. The US constitution therefore accords each state the right to set its own election laws.

Election laws in one state can and will in some instances be different to those in another state. The Pennsylvania legislature decided that this year’s election should be treated differently because of mail-in ballots. They decided that mail-in ballots are only legal if they’re received on or before 3 November.

The democrats challenged this decision and took it to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, yes their states have Supreme Courts. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court then overruled the Pennsylvania legislature by allowing mail-in ballots that arrived after 3 November to be counted, thus skewing election results.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is in direct violation of the US Constitution because they have usurped power from the Pennsylvania legislature.

This is a very serious matter. And now, the Republican Attorneys General have launched an appeal against this decision and will most probably take the matter to the Supreme Court of the United States, SCOTUS.

Just as there as a POTUS, President of the United States; a FLOTUS, First Lady of the United States; there is a SCOTUS, Supreme Court of the United States.

The US Supreme Court can override the decisions of the state Supreme Courts because it’s the highest court in the land. SCOTUS will definitely overturn the decision of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court should they be asked to hear the case, and of course, based on the merits of the case.

This election is far from over. The Lord has already told us that this election will be decided in court.

Let’s keep interceding. Glory to God!
