THE GLORY FAR OUTWEIGHS THE SUFFERINGS
The persecution, rejection, betrayal, mockery, threats, abuse and sometimes death, are nothing compared to the Glory that awaits us in Eternity. Our Reward is far greater than our Sacrifice.
For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us – Romans 8:18
First the Sufferings and then the Glory. Just as the Lord Jesus Christ suffered first and then entered His Glory, we’re also called to endure His Sufferings in this world before we enter His Glory in the next.
The persecution, rejection, betrayal, mockery, threats, abuse and sometimes death, are nothing compared to the Glory that awaits us in Eternity. Our Reward is far greater than our Sacrifice.
The new Body, the Crown of Life, the Robe of Righteousness, Eternal Life, the New Heaven and the New Earth are all waiting for us. There’ll be no more death, tears, pain or sorrow. The Glory to come far outweighs the Sufferings we endure. Glory to God!
CONFESSION
The Sufferings of Christ I experience in this present age are nothing compared to the Glory that’ll be revealed in me in the age to come. Hallelujah!
