ECONOMY
THE COMING STORM. THE COMING COLLAPSE 8
Glory to God! I trust you’re well and enjoying your Inheritance in Christ Jesus.
We’re still discussing 2 Prophetic Words we received from God regarding the season we’re in:
PROPHETIC WORD 1: THERE’S A COLLAPSE COMING
PROPHETIC WORD 2: THERE’S A STORM COMING
We should add to these Prophetic Words 2 others that I believe to be relevant in this season:
PROPHETIC WORD 3: DICTATORSHIP
PROPHETIC WORD 4: INTENSE PERSECUTION
Glory to God!
God is reopening the economy, as a result, the financial Blessing that is to precede the Coming Storm will occur during this time. We’ve already covered how we’re to be wise and not spend our money on our lusts and passions but save it in anticipation of what’s coming.
We’re dealing with these Prophetic Words by looking at the different types of storms to discover what’s coming up ahead.
We’ve dealt with a storm that requires that we stay in the boat with the Lord so as to have His Authority. We also discussed a storm that calls for our full attention to be on the Lord Jesus Christ, while looking at what He’s doing in the storm and listening to His Words so as to do what He’s doing in the storm. Yesterday’s storm was about the need for Repentance and how a change of attitude on our part will calm the storm.
Today’s storm is one that can’t be stopped, and that’s what we’re going to encounter in this coming season.
The Coming Storm cannot be stopped. It’s like the storm Paul went through in Acts 27. Paul was arrested along with other prisoners and had to appear before Caesar. Even though he was with unbelievers on a boat, both were affected. Both went through the same storm.
That means, with this Coming Storm, both the Church and the world will be affected and greatly inconvenienced. That’s why God has warned about a Dictatorship and intense persecution.
Before the storm began, Paul said this in Acts 27:10, ‘And said unto them, Sirs, I perceive that this voyage will be with hurt and much damage, not only of the lading and ship, but also of our lives.’
This Coming Storm will be devastating. There’s going to be a lot of damage and destruction because of it. This Coming Storm is what will bring about the Coming Collapse. There will be hurt and much damage. Lives will be destroyed and affected in ways we do not expect.
Even though God will protect His People, they will suffer a great deal through the Coming Storm. Other than having to deal with a collapse, we’ll have to deal with being persecuted intensely by dictatorial government edicts.
Acts 27:20 says, ‘And when neither sun nor stars in many days appeared, and no small tempest lay on us, all hope that we should be saved was then taken away.’
This storm will be long and drawn out. There’ll be many dark days and many will lose all hope. What’s coming up ahead, many people are simply not expecting. Many will pray for it to stop but we must bear in mind that God is shaking the nations of the world and the Church. The shaking will only stop at God’s Appointed Time. But there’s hope.
Acts 27:22-24 says, ‘And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man’s life among you, but of the ship. For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve, Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar, and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.’
Understand that the Writer of the Book of Acts is Luke and he was caught in the storm with Paul and the ship’s crew. But God spared everyone, including Luke, because of the Destiny upon the Apostle Paul. God’s Plan for Paul’s life overrode the enemy’s plan to kill him. God therefore protected Paul and those travelling with him were spared because of him.
We don’t know what happened to those travelling on other boats caught in the same storm, they probably died because of its intensity. But lives on this particular boat were spared because of the Apostle Paul.
Paul represents the Church, the sailors represent the world, and the boat represents the system of this world many trust in so much.
God is shaking what can be shaken through this storm. Like Paul, true Believers will be greatly affected but their Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ will not shaken. This world and those who’ll listen to the Voice of God through His Church, will be spared. Those who’re connected to God through His Church will survive this Coming Storm because of God’s Destiny upon the Church, if they’ll listen.
Through it all, God’s People will receive Prophetic Instructions through Angelic Encounters. We’ll therefore always know what’s coming and what we need to do as a result. More like what’s happening right now where God has been directing us and giving us information every step of the way. We’ll therefore never be in the dark as to what’s about to happen next.
Acts 27:41-44 says, ‘But the ship struck a sandbar and ran aground. The bow stuck fast and would not move, and the stern was broken to pieces by the pounding of the surf.
The soldiers planned to kill the prisoners to prevent any of them from swimming away and escaping. But the centurion wanted to spare Paul’s life and kept them from carrying out their plan. He ordered those who could swim to jump overboard first and get to land. The rest were to get there on planks or on other pieces of the ship. In this way everyone reached land safely.’
Like Paul, God’s People’s lives will be spared. They’ll survive the Coming Storm, but at a great cost. Like Paul, God’s People will suffer through this Coming Storm. God’s People will of course be protected by God, however, they will be greatly inconvenienced. Like Paul, they’ll feel the wind and the waves, they’ll be rocked back and forth by the turbulence, they’ll get cold and wet from the wind and the waves. This is going to be greatly inconvenient for God’s People. But like Paul, we’re going to make it through the Coming Storm in one piece.
Those in the world who’ll listen to God through the Church, will also survive. But the system they’ve been trusting in for so long will be destroyed, like the ship Paul and the others mariners were travelling in. Only small pieces will survive.
Acts 14:22 says, ‘Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.’
But be encouraged to continue in the Faith because such things must come. The Early Church lived through intense persecution and tribulation. We’re the last generation, we’re going to experience the same things, just more intense. We must enter the coming Kingdom through much tribulation. This will keep happening until the Lord Jesus Christ returns.
But the Lord Jesus told us that when we see these things, we must lift up our heads because our Redemption draws nigh. So we must count it all joy when we face trials of many kinds. Our Salvation is closer than when we first believed. It’s time to rejoice because the Lord is nigh.
That concludes today’s Teaching. Tomorrow we’ll conclude the series where I’ll share a dream which I believe will help us prepare even more for what’s coming. I trust it has blessed you and I hope you’ve been encouraged and warned enough to be prepared for what’s coming soon.
