SPEAK LIKE A KING
So live in the realm of Resurrection and dominate death by speaking Life in every situation.
RESURRECTION SUNDAY
But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved – Romans 10:8-9
There are two dimensions to Faith. There’s the Priestly dimension which requires Obedience to the Commandments of the Lord Jesus Christ. However, there’s also the Kingly dimension that rules through Words. Ecclesiastes 8:4 says, ‘Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou? As a Priest, you obey Commandments, but as a King, you issue Commandments and you must be obeyed.
Faith believes in the Resurrection. It believes in Eternal Life. When Faith comes to us, it comes through the Word of Faith, which is the Word of Life. Romans 10:17 says, ‘Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of Christ.’ When you see the Covenant Promises of God in the Scriptures, that’s the Word of Faith to you. It’s God speaking to you and telling you what He has already declared about you.
When you believed in your heart that God raised the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead, and confessed that He’s Lord with your mouth, Eternal Life manifested, and you moved from death to Life. When you believe the Promises of God with your heart, which are His Word of Life, and confess them with your mouth, those Promises manifest your life.
Your Confession of Faith is therefore vitally important. Romans 10:10 says, For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and WITH THE MOUTH CONFESSION IS MADE UNTO SALVATION.’ With the mouth Confession is made unto Healing, unto Deliverance, unto Provision…unto Peace. So live in the realm of Resurrection and dominate death by speaking Life in every situation.
CONFESSION
Death and Life are in the Power of my tongue. I rule over death like a King by speaking the Word of Life and seeing the Promises of God come to pass in my life. Glory to God!
