SHARE YOUR TESTIMONY, IT’S ANOINTED TO DELIVER MULTITUDES
You don’t need to be a Minister of the Gospel to preach the Gospel.
And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him: and all men did marvel – Mark 5:20
We often associate preaching the Gospel with those called to the Ministry. Lay people, as they’re often called, don’t usually think the responsibility to preach the Gospel lies with them. However, it does. Ephesians 4:11-12 says, ‘So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up’
The Lord Jesus Christ gave Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers so that they may train the Saints to do the Work of the Ministry. Going to Church week-in-week-out and all you do is receive Ministry is not the Doctrine of Christ. If the Body of Christ carries on like that, we’ll never finish our Mission to ‘Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.’ After the Lord Jesus Christ ministered to the madman of the Gadarenes, the man told everyone in the Decapolis what the Lord had done for him. You don’t need to be a Minister of the Gospel to preach the Gospel. You don’t need to know the whole Bible to preach the Gospel.
Don’t worry about what to say to them. Just tell them, like the man from the Gadarenes, what the Lord did for you. We all have a Testimony, and like everyone else’s, yours is very powerful. Start telling others how you got saved, how the Lord delivered you, how He healed you, or the encounter you had. Your Testimony is authentic and is unique to you. And when you tell it, boldness will fill your Spirit and you’ll speak with Power and conviction. Your Testimony was given to you by God and it has the Grace to deliver multitudes. So, share your Testimony with someone today and see others believe through the words of your lips.
