Prophecies
PROPHECY FULFILMENT: IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO FINALLY SHARE THIS ONE BECAUSE OF THE DEEP RESPECT AND LOVE WE ALL HAD FOR DEREK WATTS.
MY CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILY AND THOSE WHO MOURN HIS PASSING.
Glory to God! I trust you’re well and denying yourself, taking up your Cross daily and following the Example of the Lord Jesus Christ so you can rule and reign with Him in this world and the World to Come.
On 6 June 2021, I shared the following Prophetic Word:
BEGINNING
I saw an Angel of God suspended in midair, hovering over the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) campus in Auckland Park, Johannesburg, South Africa. He was dressed in a beautiful white linen garment.
He loomed large over the sprawling SABC campus. He looked like a full grown man standing above a doll house. He was large.
Later on I was reminded of what the Lord had been ministering to me about influential people in general but South African celebrities in particular, dying in this season.
We are going to see something happen within the South African media landscape. We should expect to see actors, actresses, producers, directors, DJs, musicians, models, influencers, media personalities and many people involved in the broadcasting and media industry start to fall.
By fall I mean die. We are going to see many deaths in the television, radio and other related media industries. We’re going to see stars and superstars fall in this season.
I believe this spreads beyond the SABC as an entity and it relates to the media and broadcasting industry in general. The SABC was the first media and broadcasting corporation in this country. It’s therefore seminal and it gave birth to many others that
emerged over the decades.

I remember seeing an article of Derek Watts in hospital, and the Lord impressed upon me that he won’t be alive for much longer. The same happened with Mark Pilgrim.
Mr. Watts had skin cancer which apparently spread to his lungs.
He was the lead presenter of Carte Blanche, a popular investigative journalism show that aired every Sunday evening. Derek had been with the show since inception in the 80s.
I knew about Carte Blanche growing up but was too young to watch it because the content was simply too serious for my liking, until I became old enough to see value in watching it later on in life.
Mr. Watts will be sorely missed.
I would like to thank God for the Mercy of His Foreknowledge. I give Him all the Praise and all the Honour. No Prophecy ever originated from anyone but God Himself. God never lies. Glory to God!
