PRAY FOR POLITICAL LEADERS
When we pray, God sends His angels to break demonic strongholds off these leaders for sanity to prevail
Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand…thy words were heard…But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia – Daniel 10:12-13
Daniel was in prayer, when an angel from God arrived and told him that he was delayed because of a demonic principality, whom he calls the prince of the kingdom of Persia, which withstood him 21 days. He goes on to mention the kings of Persia as well. This goes to show you that there are natural rulers and spiritual rulers. The natural king of Persia, Cyrus, was surrounded and manipulated by the spiritual kings and spiritual prince of Persia who influenced his decisions.
It’s the same with the political leaders of today. Even though we see a natural president or prime minister, behind them is a demonic force influencing them to do satan’s bidding. The reason world leaders seem to all be in agreement regarding the great reset, the COVID pandemic, lockdowns, vaccines and health passes is because of the demonic forces manipulating them. The antichrist, the false prophet, the new world order, the one world government and the one world religion are all satanic projects led by demonic forces manipulating world leaders.
That’s why we need to pray for them. When we pray, God sends His angels to break demonic strongholds off these leaders for sanity to prevail. Even though the rule of the antichrist has been prophesied, it doesn’t have to happen on satan’s terms. The church must pray so that God’s will may prevail and satan’s plan of total darkness may fail. We should pray that his timelines may be disrupted and that even though everything is crumbling, the church must shine the light, the lost must be saved and satan must lose. Glory to God!
PRAYER
Father in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I pray for political leaders around the world. Open their eyes. Turn them from darkness to light, from satan unto the Lord Jesus Christ. May they realise the error of their ways and come back to their senses. Amen.
