NO SECRET COMING
The Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is the single biggest event in the Calendar of the universe.
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen – Revelation 1:7
The Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is the single biggest event in the Calendar of the universe. It’ll come suddenly like a thief in the night but it most certainly won’t be a secret. There’ll be no guessing or denying that He has come.
The doctrine that Christians will one day disappear and no one will know where they went because the Lord came for them secretly is false. The idea that we’ll vacate our clothes and slip away unnoticed from this earth because the Lord came for us secretly is not in the Bible.
When the King returns, He’ll make an entrance so spectacular no one will miss it. We’ll hear a shout, the voice of the Archangel, the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised, the heavens will pass away with a great noise and the elements will melt in the heat. Glory to God!
PRAYER
Father in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, help me to get ready for the Coming of the Lord. Help me to have confidence and not to be ashamed before Him at His Coming. Amen.
