NATIONAL PROPHECY FULFILMENT: FLOODS IN PARTS OF JOBURG

I trust you’re walking by faith and living in victory over this world as you look forward to the return of the Lord Jesus Christ and the world to come.

On 31 December 2023, I shared the following:

BEGINNING

I had a vision of myself immersed in flood waters. I couldn’t tell whether my feet could touch the ground or I was just floating. However, I think I was floating in these waters because my head bobbed up and down, and each time it went under the water surface and resurfaced again. I was completely immersed in the water. I’m just over 1.8 metres and for me to be struggling to stay afloat can only mean I was in a very large and deep body of water.

I looked left and right and all I could see was water.

It was dirty, brown, muddy water. Flood water. Everything around me was calm. All I could hear were crashes of small waves in the wind. I could see small bits of debris and other pieces of garbage floating on the surface of the water.

I then saw a rescue boat approaching in the distance, and another. I saw a red one and yellow one. People were being rescued from these waters. It was clear, however, that some people didn’t make it. They had drowned. In fact, it felt like the rescue boats were looking for survivors.

As I prophesied recently, South Africa will experience floods once more. I believe the Lord was just reminding us of this.

I live in Johannesburg, and for me to be immersed in water can only mean that intense floods are coming to the city of gold.

I also prophesied recently that we’re going to experience a lot of rain. I didn’t report on this Word, however, we had a very wet Christmas. We’re now likely to have a very wet beginning of January that will lead to flooding.

This past Friday, some parts of Johannesburg were flooded because of persistent rainfall. Many roads were impassable with cars immersed in the water to the point of disappearing.

That’s consistent with what I saw in the vision the Lord gave me. I was immersed in the water to the point of floating.

From the visuals we’ve seen, Joburg experienced dangerous flooding in some areas.

There were no fatalities this time round, which means more floods are yet to come that can claim lives. We need to continue to pray against loss of human life.

I would like to thank God for the mercy of His foreknowledge. I give Him all the praise and all the honour. No prophecy ever originated from anyone but God Himself. God never lies. Glory to God!
