REPENT, OBEY AND BE BLESSED

MONEY MONDAY

Let no one be found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead – Deuteronomy 18:10-12

Idolatry and witchcraft are twin spirits. That’s why Christians who worship money eventually resort to witchcraft to get it. Instead of repenting of their sin and obeying God, they cast spells and curses on their enemies in an attempt to break poverty off their lives. This can only make things worse.

Because they’re money-worshiping idolaters, instead of seeking first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness, they seek after mediums and spiritists masquerading as prophets. As a result, they remain in abject poverty.

Instead of learning how to curse your enemies and returning things to sender for you to be blessed, repent of your sin and obey God rather. Heed the Words of the Lord Jesus Christ, seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.

PRAYER

Father in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I pray for the Church to repent of the love of money and the demonic of ways of making it. May Your People turn back to You and walk in obedience to You. Amen.
