JUSTICE FOR THE AFRICAN CONTINENT FROM HER FORMER COLONISERS FOR THEIR BRUTAL CRIMINALITY INFLICTED UPON AFRICA.
I trust you’re well and denying yourself, taking up your Cross daily and following the Example of the Lord Jesus Christ.
About a month ago I saw a Vision which I believe feeds into the narrative of this year being the Year of Justice. This is what I saw:
BEGINNING
I had a Vision and in this Vision I saw a very large Angel standing on the African continent. His large and imposing figure covered the length and breadth of the continent. The Lord later identified this Angel as the Angel of the Covenant (more about that another time).
As I continued to look at the Angel, I realised that he was now holding the Scales of Justice close to his chest.
Suddenly, the Angel standing over the African continent changed into the popular image of Cecil John Rhodes, the British colonialist, with his one foot in the Cape, South Africa, and the other in Cairo, in Egypt. (This popular image is an expression of Cecil Rhodes’ vision to transform the entire African continent, from Cape to Cairo, into a one massive British colony. In the process, Rhodes led a campaign of rapine, economic subterfuge and the pillaging of the African continent.)
As I continued to look at the image, I saw something different about the image. Instead of pith helmet in hand, Cecil Rhodes was holding the Scales of Justice close to his chest.
I then knew by the Spirit that Africa will finally get some Justice from her former colonial masters for all the abuses she suffered. The injustices of the past will finally be revisited and be atoned for by colonial Europe. Africa will finally be recompensed for her colonial losses.
We should therefore expect to see Africa’s former colonisers offer to pay reparations, return what was stolen and do right in more ways than one by the continent they once raped and pillaged so brutally.
Cecil Rhodes was a businessman, we should therefore expect to see colonial corporations given charters by their governments be somewhat held liable for the damage and destruction they caused during the era of slavery and colonisation.
The Presence of the Angel of the Covenant is the fulfilment of God’s Promise to defend the poor and mete out Justice for the oppressed. Psalm 103:6 says, ‘The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.’
Europe broke God’s Covenant by oppressing the needy and God is now keeping His Covenant by delivering on His Promise to defend the cause of the weak.
We’re now firmly in the era of Justice.
