THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND OUR NATURE
The New Birth is a Deposit or the Down-payment which guarantees the rest of our Inheritance, until the Return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Glory to God! I trust you’re well and enjoying your Inheritance in Christ Jesus.
We’re still in the Passover Season because we’re still within the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
To follow today’s Teaching fully, you’ll need to refer to 2 previous Messages on the same subject. Glory to God!
1 Corinthians 11:25 says, ‘After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is THE NEW TESTAMENT in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.’
As already explained, we’re Heirs of God and Joint-Heirs with Christ through the Last Will and Testament of the Lord Jesus Christ. He died on the Cross as our Testator and left us an Eternal Inheritance of All Things, which is the Kingdom of God.
Colossians 1:12-13 says, ‘Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of THE INHERITANCE of the saints in light. Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into KINGDOM OF HIS DEAR SON.’
We have been delivered out of the kingdom of darkness and translated into the Kingdom of God, which is our Inheritance in Christ Jesus. We’ve been raised up together with Christ and are currently seated in Heavenly Places in Christ Jesus in the Kingdom of God.
Having said that, this is only the first part of what God has in store for us. We’re currently enjoying the first phase of our Inheritance, the rest will follow in the Life to come.
Ephesians 1:13-14 says, ‘And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, WHO IS A DEPOSIT GUARANTEEING OUR INHERITANCE until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.’
When you and I were born again, we were marked with a Seal, Who is the Holy Spirit. Amazing as it is, glorious as it is, the New Birth is a Deposit or the Down-payment which guarantees the rest of our Inheritance, until the Return of the Lord Jesus Christ when He will redeem our bodies.
Romans 8:23 says, ‘And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruit of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the REDEMPTION OF OUR BODY.’
Our Spirits have been redeemed and are presently participating in our Inheritance in the Kingdom of God. However, our Bodies are yet to fully participate in this experience.
When the Lord Jesus Christ returns and sets up His Kingdom on planet earth, our Bodies will be redeemed just like our Spirits.
Philippians 3:20-21 says, ‘For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: WHO SHALL CHANGE OUR VILE BODY, THAT IT MAY BE FASHIONED LIKE UNTO HIS GLORIOUS BODY, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.’
Our Citizenship is in Heaven from where we are expecting the Lord Jesus Christ to return very soon. And upon His Return, He’s going to change our current bodies and make them like His Glorious Body.
When this happens, our Bodies will then enter the Kingdom of God just like our Spirits have. This is what we’re waiting for. This is why the Return of the Lord Jesus Christ is so important.
1 Corinthians 15:50 says, ‘Now this I say, brethren, that FLESH AND BLOOD CANNOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.’
Our Spirits have fully inherited the Kingdom of God because they’re not flesh and blood and they’re therefore not incorruptible. Our physical bodies, however, are still waiting to be redeemed so that they can be changed to like that of the Lord Jesus Christ.
When this happens, our Bodies will also inherit the Kingdom of God. Which means, we will then fully inherit the Kingdom of God, not just in Spirit but also with our Bodies.
1 Corinthians 15:44 says, ‘It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body and there is a spiritual body.’ Our current body is a natural body, but when the Lord Jesus Christ returns, we’ll be given a Spiritual Body, which is what the Lord Jesus Christ has right now.
Our natural body is flesh and blood and can therefore not inherit the Kingdom of God. But our Spiritual Body which is to come is not flesh and blood, it is not corruptible but incorruptible like our Inheritance which is the Kingdom of God. When that happens, we will experience the next phase of our Inheritance.
1 Corinthians 15:51-53 says, ‘Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.’
When the Last Trumpet shall sound, the Lord Jesus Christ will appear and when He does, we shall be changed. In the twinkling of an eye, our natural bodies will be changed into Spiritual Bodies. Our mortal corruptible bodies will be changed to become incorruptible and immortal. In that condition, we’ll then walk in the fullness of our Inheritance in the Kingdom of God.
We’re Heirs of God and Joint-Heirs with Christ right now. We’re participating in our Inheritance right now but there’s still more to come. What we’re experiencing right now is only the Deposit or the Down-Payment, the rest will manifest when our bodies are changed.
What does that mean? IT MEANS WE HAVE INHERITED THE KINGDOM, WE’RE INHERITING THE KINGDOM, AND WE SHALL INHERIT THE KINGDOM.
I trust you’ve been blessed by this Message and I hope you now have a clearer understanding of your Inheritance in Christ Jesus.
Tomorrow we’ll delve deeper into the Last Will and Testament of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Glory to God!

GOD IS FAITHFUL TO HIS WORD
What God has promised you in His Word He is able to perform. His Word is His covenant. When God speaks, He covenants.
God will never break His covenant or change what He has already declared concerning you.
God is not a man. He’s not fickle and unpredictable. Through His Word you can know exactly what He’ll do.
However, you have a role to play. You must exercise faith in His Word.
There are times when God requires that you obey a commandment for your faith to work.
Hebrews 11:8 says, ‘By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going.’
Abraham would not have received what God promised him if he didn’t act on God’s Word. Faith without works is dead.
At other times, God wants you to say something.
2 Corinthians 4:13 says, ‘We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.’
God gave us His Word for us to say it. God says something to us so that we may say the same thing as Him. When we say what God says, we get whatsoever we say.
So step out in faith today, and believe God’s Word. He has not changed. Whatever He said about you before, He’s still saying today.
He will never break His covenant nor alter the words of His lips.
Glory to God!

THE LORD IS NEAR. TIME TO REJOICE.
For the people of the world, the return of the Lord Jesus Christ will be a dreadful day of the Lord. But for us, it will a glorious day of the Lord.
Luke 21:28 says, ‘And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.’ When we see all the signs around us, we’re not distressed. We rejoice because we know it’s time to look up for our redemption is near. The Lord Jesus Christ is coming back very soon. And when He arrives, He’ll set up His kingdom on the earth and we’ll rule and reign with Him forever.
Therefore, continue to live for Him, because behold He comes quickly and His reward is with Him. And He will reward us according to what our works deserve.
What you’re doing for the Lord is not in vain. No matter what you do, don’t be faint in well-doing because in due time you will reap eternal life.

GREATER.
Ye are of God. He’s talking about your identity. You are not of man, you are not of the devil, you are of God.
You’re born of God. And anyone born of God overcomes the world.
Ye are of God and have overcome them because greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.
Who is in you? The Lord Jesus Christ is in you.
In the Lord Jesus Christ resides the fulness of the Godhead in bodily form.
The Godhead is the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit. That’s the totality of God.
The Lord Jesus Christ is greater than Satan and He lives in you.
Christ is your life. He has brought eternal life to you. He has brought His life to you.
That’s why you’re of God. You’re no longer born of blood, human effort or a husband’s will. You’re born again, but this time, you’re born of God with the very life of God in you.
Through the life of Christ, you’re born again. You’re a child of God. You’re a son of God.
By virtue of your heritage, your origin, and your identity, the devil can’t overcome you. He’s inferior to you.
The life inside you is superior to the life in him. That’s why he can’t defeat you.
Because the One who dwells in you is greater than the one in the world, the one in the world cannot overcome you.
By virtue of the Lord Jesus Christ having overcome and destroyed Satan on the cross, you have also overcome him.
The victory of the Lord Jesus Christ has been given to you.
Thanks be unto God who always leads us in triumph in Christ. Glory to God!
That’s why what’s coming will not destroy you.
No matter what the kingdom of darkness coughs up, you have already overcome them.
No matter the amount of evil they dish out, you have already overcome them.
No matter how extreme their schemes, you have already overcome them.
Why? Because you are of God, therefore, greater is He that is in your than he that is in the world.
Glory to God!
