ALL APOSTLES PREACHED GRACE

But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they – Acts 15:11

The council at Jerusalem, which comprised the apostles and elders at the time, agreed that the Gentiles are saved by the same grace as themselves, the Jewish believers. As in, there’s only one grace that saves both Jew and Gentile.

That’s because the apostles and elders were all disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. And because He preached grace, they also preached grace. It’s therefore a myth that Paul was sent with a message of grace and the others not.

Grace is at the heart of the doctrine of Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ instructed the apostles to teach all nations to obey whatsoever He commanded them. And since He preached grace, they also did. All His apostles therefore, like Him, preached grace, not just Paul. Glory to God!

PRAYER

Father, thank You for the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thank You that I’m saved by grace through faith, not of myself but purely as a gift from You. Amen.
