GOD IS OPENING UP THE ECONOMY
As this money comes, we shouldn’t blow it on our lusts and passions.
Glory to God! I trust you’re well and enjoying your Inheritance in Christ Jesus!
I heard the following Words in Prayer yesterday:
BEGINNING
I’m opening up the economy
END
Glory to God! The South African economy was at first on level 5 Lockdown. We then progressed to level 4, which is not that different from level 1 since it places major restrictions on normal economic activity.
This has resulted in major company closures, bankruptcies, job losses, looting, rioting, and many other pressures associated with an ailing economy.
Let’s also not forget that South Africa has been downgraded by all 3 major rating agencies – Moody’s, Standard and Poor, and Fitch. The Johannesburg Stock Market recorded record losses. Comair, Edcon, SAA and many other companies have applied for business rescue. The Rand has also been performing dismally against major currencies, in fact, at some point it was the worst performing emerging market currency. The only good news in our economy is the petrol price which has decreased because of the recent record collapse of the international oil market.
There has been pressure from many fronts, in particular the business community. But also from unexpected quarters such as South Africans who work abroad having to go back ‘home’ to access medical care there since their medical aid cover doesn’t extend to South Africa.
The Spirit of God is now saying that He’s opening up the economy.
This should not come as a surprise to us since God has already told us that He is going to release a Blessing upon His People in the short-term. I’ve been reporting on this recently.
As this money comes, we shouldn’t blow it on our lusts and passions since THERE’S A COLLAPSE COMING, THERE’S A STORM COMING.
We should be like Pharaoh in Egypt after receiving counsel from Joseph regarding the dreams of 7 fat cows and 7 lean cows, and 7 healthy corn ears and 7 weathered corn ears.
What followed were 7 years of plenty and immediately afterwards there were 7 years of famine. We should therefore be warned.
Like Pharaoh, we should be wise and save during the times of plenty in anticipation of the COMING COLLAPSE AND COMING STORM.
Inasmuch as this is Good News, we should also not receive it like the people of this world whose thinking is ‘let’s eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.’
No! Let’s be like the Sons of Issachar, who understood the times. So let’s be sober and vigilant because our adversary the devil prowls like a roaring a lion seeking whom he may devour.
Let’s be wise and not live as if there’s no tomorrow.
Glory to God!
